No email notifications from seller support cases responses??
A couple of weeks ago, I stopped receiving email notifications from SS case responses...I haven't changed any settings and don't know know whether if any such setting exists to just enable/disable. Can anyone help?

my case notifications have been forwarded to two different emails for 10 years plus....and have checked spam/junk folders....No record of any case responses in any of the two emails
