Need help to complete INFORM Act
My account was deactivated due to INFORM Act so I have already completed 3 out of 5
However, I cannot open the page to complete Identity verification as it keeps being redirected to Account Health case log
I have already submitted case log but did not receive any helpful instruction
Please help me on what to do so I can complete the remaining INFORM Act requirements

As you have mentioned, I understand that your account is deactivated due to the inform consumers act.
Per our inform consumers act policy, the INFORM Consumers Act is a new US federal law that takes effect on June 27, 2023, and places new obligations on Amazon and high-volume third-party sellers who sell products in Amazon’s US store. Under the new law, high-volume sellers are required to do the following:
- Provide, and Amazon must collect, verify, and disclose, certain specific information about their business.
- Keep this information current and notify Amazon when their information changes, at which point Amazon must verify the new information.
- On an annual basis, certify that their information is current.
Thank you for sharing the screen shot of your account. When an account is deactivated due to inform consumers fact, usually there will be information in the red banner stating along the lines of that your account is deactivated due to the inform consumers act and once the account has been fully verified, it will take up to 48 hours for the account to be reinstated.
Have you received a performance notification or a case log containing information on why your account was deactivated? If so, is it about the inform consumers act or something else? If you have received a performance notification or a case log, attach it to the post and make sure to remove any personal information.
