Hello everyone, my seller account is a new Professional account. I won’t be using this account for the next 4–5 months, so I switched the plan to Individual. I was charged 30 pounds when I first signed up. Can I get that payment refunded? I can’t open a case for this. Is there any way you can help me?

Why can't you open a case with Seller Support? That is the route to get the fee refunded, none of us can help you. And the Mods would want a Case ID to look into it

As @Seller_hOZNPw7G8FIjl mentioned, Seller Support is the team that can review and potentially refund the Professional plan subscription fee. If you're having trouble finding the right category to open a case, go to Seller Central > Help > Get Support > Selling on Amazon > My Account > Your Selling Account Subscription. From there you can explain that you downgraded to Individual shortly after signing up and request a review of the charge.
If you're still unable to open a case through that path, please let us know what error or issue you're encountering and we can help further.
