Seller Central Support Team

I’m experience some trouble getting a hold of the Amazon seller support team by phone.
Once I call the seller support phone number the voice recorded message says to request a call back from any seller help page, however when I follow these instructions I cannot find an option that allows me to request a call back from Amazon seller support team.

Does anyone know how to request this please? Thank you.

When you put the reason in the help page, go through the questions then at the bottom click need more help and it should give you the option of phone, email or chat
