New seller, handmade seller Product ID
Hi, i,m a new seller and trying to list my first product to sell, I can’t get past the product ID box, not sure what to do, would love someone to give me and idea.

Are you def trying to list in the handmade category? I don’t appear to have a product ID field when I create new listings in the handmade category

If you go to Inventory > Manage Inventory > Add Product
Mine automatically tries to get me to list in Handmade, but if yours isn’t doing it automatically, there must be an option on that page to select Handmade as the main (1st option) category.
If this isn’t showing - it could be they haven’t activated it properly yet - I vaguely remember this happening but I started over a year ago. If it’s not showing, if you contact the help @handmade via the help button, they will be able to help you
