Approved to sell a product brand but it will not allow me list the product, although I was approved to sell it.
I have provided an invoice from a reputable distributor and photos of the product purchased. I have gotten several approvals but the system is not allow me to list the product to sell. Instead it is prompting me to get an approval all over again. I have tried with difference ASINs thinking maybe it was that one ASIN but have the same issue. I feel like I'm in a loop for an approval. Can someone help with resolving this issue. I am continuing to reply with the requested documentation in hopes of a resolution. Please help.

Do you have permission from the brand to sell their product on Amazon? Many brands are going this way and requiring an LOA.

"Do you have written authorization or approval from the brand or this company to list and or sell the products from their company? A lot of companies will authorize a supplier, but in their terms of use, you are not authorized to distribute the materials from the site they were sourced from. These suppliers are typically licensed and authorized for sale to the end consumer, no resale. I would suggest reviewing your suppliers terms of use or terms of service and work with the brand itself to obtain a letter of authorization as this will be required at this point to show proof you are an authorized distributor for the concerned brand. So you are additionally aware, if your supplier tries to issue you a letter of authorization, it will not be accepted. They will only accept an LOA if issued by the brand or rights owner only."

Hi there @Seller_X5SNfVbgEsL6K,
There are lots of different kinds of approval (Compliance, Brand Name, Category, Etc.) and they can all mean different things. I'd like to review your case to see what options I can offer. Can you please provide your most recent Seller Support Case on this issue. Thank you for your understanding.
