However, there was a problem with Payoneer, so the deposit was rejected.

If the disbursement was rejected by your bank the funds will eventually go back into your Amazon seller account balance.
You can change your bank details so funds go to a different account, but this will trigger re-verification and you will have to supply bank statements for the new account. And re-verification can take weeks
