Help with - Delivery label has been refunded to your account
Hello,
Do any of you know how long and, where to check if a delivery label has been refunded to your account?
Had a number of issue with an Evri store, where orders were waiting for collection for a significant number of days which resulted in me going back to the store to collect them and resend via Royal Mail. I have requested a refund but not found them yet.
Has anyone had to do this in the past and if so what were your experiences? Also, does it mess up your amazon service metrics? I had to reconfim the shipment details.
Thanks,

If its the same as RM, they credit your account after 28 days to make sure the label is not used

EVRI labels brought through buy shipping only normally get charged to your account when they collect them from the parcel shop. If there is no collection scan at the parcel shop then they get charged when the parcel arrives at an EVRI hub and gets a scan.
If they were never collected I can’t see that you were ever charged. Have you checked that you were actually charged?
The biggest problem I can see is that the orders will arrive late and this could result in negative feedback or A-Z’s. It shouldn’t impact any other metrics though as the orders had already been shipped.

They also cant be sent via EVRI if over 1l
But as per the post, RM ones are refunded after 28 days and you get an email confirming the refund. Looking at those screenshots, unless you have more, the order numbers dont match the orders on your second picture so have you actually been charged for those orders you’re awaiting a refund on?
