A to Z claim granted for wrong item shipped (lie) and the buyer never even reached out to us
This one takes the cakeeee....
A buyer filed an A to Z claim for wrong item received. First off, that is impossible. Second, I don't understand why the buyer is having this claim granted in their favor. The buyer never reached out. Never started a return.
Amazon literally just took the $ and gave it to the buyer without having them return this "incorrect" product. I honestly don't know what to do. I can't even get this "incorrect" product returned to us.

Tatiana from Amazon here. A-to-Z claims are sometimes granted to buyers when they believe an incorrect item was shipped to them. If you have proof of the correct shipment of the item, I would appeal the claim, as @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI suggests.
Please note that a Safe-T claim cannot be made in this because of the existence of the A-to-Z claim.
