PSP - Wise (formerly Transferwise) - are they now approved?

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has successfully switched to Wise for their Amazon disbursements?

I came across this thread but there hasn’t been much activity. Wise/Transferwise Finally added to PSP update!

The Amazon article below lists them under ‘More PSPs joining the program’ but it is not clear whether they can be used right now:

Also they are not appearing on here, which leads me to think they’re not quite there yet.

Thanks in advance!

I switched back to them a few months ago with no problems. I did have a previous account running with them and already verified on Amazon, so I’m not sure if that made a difference or not, but Wise is working fine for me right now.

It’s still working for me but I’ve been having my Amazon.com disbursments sent to them for a few years now. I think if you’re wanting to set up a new arrangement that’s when you’ll have problems.

As far as I’m aware the issue is because Amazon want access to certain information and Wise are quite wisely refusing to give them it. For example, Amazon want access to information about a limited number of transactions in your Wise account. Why on earth they want this I have no idea, it’s none of their business.

What if those transactions contained details about your suppliers and how much you paid for your goods? Or what if it was for personal or other purchases that you’d rather keep private?

Amazon seem to have an unhealthy obsession with collection as much data about people as possible.
