Parcel delivered to wrong address. Customer wants refund.
Few days ago customer created return request:
Return Reason: Accidental order
Buyer Comment: Default address on Amazon account was set incorrectly so item delivered to wrong part of the country. Have reordered to correct address now.
But today I received a message:
Reason for contact: Where's My Stuff?
Details: Customer not received the order and requesting to process refund for the order.
Customer thought order was delivered to son but it was not delivered.
Please process refund and update customer.
Thank you.
I ship with Amazon buy shipping and there is tracking information "delivered to safe place"
What should I do now?

Supply the tracking details you do have and advise if customer could check the safe space. That message is just from Customer Services who are passing on the message from the customer. It is possible the order was stolen from the safe place of course.
Worst thing that will happen is A-Z claim and you are liable for the refund, but your ODR is protected as you used Buy Shipping.

Thank you all of you for advice. A customer sent me she found the parcel in her garden. After 6 days:).
