Automatic translation issues and no support from amazon

Hi all,

I have recently listed in amazon FR/IT/DE/ES with Amazon UK as my source marketplace using ‘build international listings’.

Amazon has translated my listings in to local language automatically, but it’s all wrong so I need to update the listing titles with my own translation.

I’ve tried to do this by editing the listing in the normal way on my seller central, clicked save and it shows the message “If the changes are accepted it will be reflected within 24 hours”

I have done it several days ago, the changes I’ve made never show up on product detail page.

I’ve contacted seller support lots of times and they are completely useless, they just say that they need to investigate and return a few hours later telling me that I can update the title manually, which I obviously have done but product details page don’t change according to my update.

The issue is that I’m getting sales and 1 star reviews because product titles are a mess and buyers are thinking they are getting something different from what I’m actually selling (qty)

Is there any easy way to do change the translations myself? I’m driving crazy with this and with amazon seller support (or should I say amazon seller unsupport?!)
