Return Approved within 30 days, buyer didn't return until 74 days later
Hello All,
I sold a laptop on May 3rd.
Customer got it May 7th.
Customer initiated a return a few days later.
He decided to return it now. Which is 75 days later. Any ideas what to do? Should I charge the 50% restocking fee or just leave it?

Once the return label is downloaded, they can return it 365 days later. If there is nothing wrong with it, then refund them their money. You could charge a restocking fee, but risk negative feedback. Decision is yours.

Hello! @Seller_bOZWgAoHggIb9
Thank you for using the Forums. I went into your account looking for this to better understand, but couldn't find an order with those dates and a recent return. Feel free to share the order ID if you need further support.
Regarding the restocking fees, it all depends on the condition in which the product is returned, please see our guidelines below:
Guidelines for charging restocking fees
Hope this helps.
