How to check which selling plan I am using?

I have just signed up and amazon keep trying to charge to my card. However I thought I had signed up to the individual selling plan.

Is there a way I can check this please?

Easy
Log in to seller central.
Go top right
“Settings/account info”
then scroll down the left to
"Your Services/Manage" and you can tell which type of plan you are on, and downgrade if necessary.

Hi,

Thanks for your post.

In addition to Adrian’s helpful advice, the Amazon system will check the card that is on file regardless of the seller account type you have registered for.
A valid credit card is required on all Amazon accounts at all times.
When you register an account and add the card details the system will verify the card by asking for a small amount, usually 1.00 GBP/EUR. This amount is never charged but I am aware that some banks do put a hold on the funds. The hold is generally released in a few days but you would need to check with your bank about this if the amount is being held.

If the system cannot verify the card on file you will have limited access to the account until the card has been verified.

In addition to this the card will be checked before each disbursement made to you. This is why I would recommend that all sellers have at least 5.00 GBP available on their registered card at all times.

If you do have additional questions I would recommend that you create a case with seller support to have your account fully checked. I can only really give general information as the forums are public and don’t want to post specific account information.

I hope this helps.

Jessica
