    Approval for gl_wine stalled for over 5 weeks

    Hi,

    Anyone know the usual time it takes for approval in the gl_wine category, if there is a usual time?

    We've provided all the info, seem to have got past all the initial rejections by providing the information requested, but for the last 5 weeks we just get a holding email every 1 or 2 days saying "You will receive an update within 2-3 business days. We thank you for your patience.".

    Is this usual? Asked support for info and they just say they can't contact the approval team.

    Not sure if something happened as a result of posting this, but after 5 weeks, the case was rejected shortly after posting.

    The reason for rejection is that our warehouse with the premises licence is not in the same local authority as the head office. The licence references both the warehouse and the head office and to mandate they have to be in the same place seems an unnecessary restriction - is it definitely correct?

    To move our storage location would be a huge cost to just tick this box.

    Feel like we have everything we should have

    * premises licence

    * personal licenses

    *’AWRS

    * VAT registered

    But there’s always an extra thing that’s just out of reach. I worry that even if we went through all the cost and time of setting up a warehouse in the same location as the head office we’d just get the next rejection. It’s a very frustrating process.
