Ok can anyone help me please, Ive been suspended for drop shipping but we don't dropship
Hi,
We have sold on amazon in a small way for just over 2 years, then on the 23rd September we got the following message:
Hello,
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed.
Why did this happen?
We took this measure due to your violation of Amazon’s Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801, and your violation of the Amazon Drop Shipping policy https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/G201808410.
We don’t dropship so I don’t know what to do to get this sorted, can anyone help point me in the right direction.

do you sell elsewhere ? pick slips possibly mixed
or a different company name on your return labels etc ?

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
We sell on Ebay but don’t actually sell the same products on Amazon.
We don’t trade under a different company name or have a different returns address.
All our products are sent from our store here and we do the shipping and input the tracking information into amazon.
Ive spoken with Amazon on the phone a few times trying to find out how i can fix it but no one can tell me what has actually happened so i don’t know what to do to fix it.
Any pointers would be really helpful.

Trying to think outside the box as there has to be a reason for this mistake, probably by a bot.
Could it be that some other seller is dropshipping your items and you have been wrongly implicated in this misdemeanour?
Have you noticed any customers making repeat purchases with different delivery addresses?

Hi everyone, thank you so much for all your time. Its good to not feel isolated when something like this happens to your business.
Anyway I’ve email the managing director email that has been suggested as the appeal section won’t let me add anything else so fingers crossed that something or someone can help.
Ill keep you posted on what happens next when i hear more.

@Danii_Amazon I’m having similar issue with my account. I was not using this account since last 10 month, today I decided to use it and send inventory but I got the notification regarding account deactivation and that was the message :

I think there is some sort of mistake in this suspension. Because last
time I had used this account was in March 2022 that makes it 9 to 10 month
ago so no question of drop shipping.
