Upcoming changes to the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement
Effective July 12, 2024, we are updating the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. By virtue of this change, from the Effective Date, if we determine that your actions or performance may result in returns, chargebacks, claims, disputes, violations of our terms, this Agreement, or Programme Policies, or other risks to Amazon or third-parties, then we may, in our sole discretion, withhold any payments that may be otherwise due to you until the aforementioned concerns with your actions or performance are resolved.
If we determine that your account (or any other account that you have operated) has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity (including the sale of counterfeit goods), or to repeatedly violate our Programme Policies, then we may, in our sole discretion, permanently withhold any payments due to you.

This change in agreement should be like that you will not give our money back you just want to create a monopoly of COCOBLU RETAIL in every category of product. But in reality the small sellers made you people rich.

Amazon is becoming worst platform to sell now a days , recommended to sellers to switch to own website and other marketplace platforms , the policies are all against sellers to sell and the equilibrium of trust is gone from amazon , now amazon is to cheat to sellers and satisfy its own customers

Amazon does not take action against fake customers, but if a fake customer complains about anything, Amazon also takes action against the seller. When I joined Amazon and started selling, I hoped it would be the best platform for selling, but this policy causes small sellers to lose out, mainly to satisfy fake customers. Amazon's customer-friendly policy causes losses for sellers, and now this policy does too.
