Account deactivated due to linkage
My account was deactivated due to linkage.I owned the account previously but sold the account to someone later.I have provided the business transfer agreement as well as the payment he made to me.By providing these documents the account was not getting reinstated. Seller support told me to provide plan of action so I did .Again I got the same response. So I called seller support again and they said to provide additional information so I provided screenshots of conversations between me and the buyer. But still amazon is not reinstating the account.I dont understand what amazon needs.

First, you can't sell accounts. It is under your information and remains so, that is why you have been linked. You will not be getting your account reinstated, sorry.

Hi there @Seller_zlxCWZAvp8wrQ,
Thanks so much for posting here in the Seller Forums! I appreciate your patience as the moderating team and I work to address your thread.
I understand you have questions regarding your account as you are working to reactivate multiple accounts. As all accounts owned and operated by the same person or entity need to remain in active and good-standing at all times to avoid the subsequent deactivation of the connected accounts or global marketplaces.
As @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 has stated, if you are still indeed linked with the other account, you will need to get this one reactivated prior to any other account being active.
On this page, there is insight into transferring selling accounts. "Seller accounts generally are not transferable. Seller accounts provide access to the tools and resources that sellers use to list their products and manage their orders. Seller accounts also include account activity history and buyer feedback. Every seller on Amazon must have a seller account and an agreement with Amazon that establishes the terms under which the seller lists and sells their products.
If the ownership of a business changes for any reason, the new owner must establish a new seller account."
I also suggest looking over the following seller university videos for understanding and possible next steps:
All the best,
Stevie.
