Read onlycustmer bought item for £59.99 and asked to return no problem but they've used free label through EVRI and parcel is gone missing, now Amazon expecting me to open the claim with evri, however I know for fact basic insurance is only £20....so where I'm standing with this...just to mention there wasn't any problem with the item, simple change of mind....talking to seller support is like talking to the wall no answer or answers doesn't make sense...
we are currently in the same situation. Customer has opened an A-Z which has been granted and we are being told to claim Evri. How do we do that when we arent the sender or the account holder?
Sorry, this is just how it is with Amazons Pre-paid return labels.
You may also find Evri won't actually deal with you because the label (despite it being charged to you) is on amazons account, so Evri will tell you Amazon have to claim.
Unfortunately, you cannot dictate whether a Royal Mail ro Evri label is supplied. You can exclude lines over £100. alternatively, you can request you are removed completely from the Prepaid return label scheme by contacting Seller Support.
If you do that however, you would need to approve or reject return requests manually, and where necessary, supply your own prepaid return label.
