Verification process is too long
Hello!
We a seller on Amazon more than 1 year. In the beginning of January Amazon asked us again to send some documents for verification. We submitted documents and from this time we are waiting for verification process.
Our account works but with limits. We can not use money for advertising or get it.
We brought the products to Amazon warehouse, we pay for warehouse, we can not get many sales, because we can not run ads, because we can not use money for ads. It is horrible!
Our account is under process of verification second month!! Second month seller verification team check 2 documents! They write us every week that they just check or documents, and we need wait. Verification process takes 10 days, but now it takes 40 days already.
And how much we should wait - I dont understand. We haven't broken any rules, just one day Amazon asks the same documents one more time.
We dont understand what we can do and when Amazon will check our documents. We loose the sales, we loose the money, and we can not move ahead in our business.
What we can do in this situation?

honestly, it is ridiculous our account needed verification since December 23. Each time it goes over the 10 days and each time they asked for another form of ID or something else which then resets the 10 days I had to upload a drivers license which I did 10 days later, they said you failed to produce the right document re-upload the same drivers license still waiting and over £4000 sitting in the account not being able to be withdrawn

We as a seller for over a decade and based on the isle of man it seems amazons KYC department are useless stupid and incompetent, I feel your pain and frustration they have held over £169k for nearly 3 months now and they just can't get to grips with simple facts that the isle of man has an agreement with the UK mainland for vat and customs purposes and that the isle of man is part of the Uk for VAT and customs purposes and that we pay to hmrc or the isle of man VAT office directly our VAT and have done so on time for the past 14 years and now amazon after 3 months have concluded that we are not a UK company and that they are going to hold our money and back date vat that they calculate from jan 2021 until now Feb 2024 which we have already paid and I also just paid my latest vat return of £42k so they are going to make my company pay the vat twice so therefore my company will run out of money and will therefore ruin my business completely. Literally a child could use google to verify my business within 1 hour if they had half a brain but these people at amazon clearly do not have even a piece of brain to work with. I am literally banging my head against a wall and will have no choice but to sue amazon.
