Vtr concerns

Hi,

I have received a warning about VTR performance.

“Additional information required for verifying your selling on Amazon account
Your selling privileges may be temporarily suspended if you do not provide the required information. Please note: We may need to request subsequent information to complete the verification process.”

When we click on the link it takes us to performance VTR ratings.

It shows none of our tracking has never been over 75%, we have integrated the RM48 from Royal Mail OBA to AMAZON and followed the advice as given on this forum and AMAZON.

I gather that low VTR were not going to counted against the seller, so have we missed something?

However, I cannot seem find out how to solve this concern? It`s asking for VERIFICATION, but what I do from here presently I drawn blank.
Any help is welcome, cheers

Thank you, yes it looks like the VTR has nothing to do with it, As you say it is a standard reverification notice.
Its seems to be every 2 years. We will upload the docs they require hopefully that is the end of it.

In all fairness we took the manifest in today.

Thank you for your help, AZ notifications could be simplified or it`s just me beginning a foolish man and getting the wrong end of the stick.

Your AZ knowledge is impressive, a e-book calls!

Back to my second glass of red now!

Many thanks for your help cheers Stu

I think that’s a red herring
Verification shouldn’t be linked to vtr
