We removed the ship options for your seller-fulfilled products with excessive shipping prices. Affected ship options are reflected in the following table:

and the email goes on to say

"Further violation of this policy may lead to account deactivation."

it also says

Contact US

if you believe there has been an error, and please submit an explanation. Your explanation should include the following information:

-- A description of how your shipping rates have complied with the Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing policy. When reviewing shipping rates, Amazon takes into account current public carrier rates and reasonable handling charges, as well as buyer perception. If your ship rates are reasonably related to your shipping costs, please provide Amazon with an explanation for your shipping prices.

but the contact us just goes to seller support - who after contacting on case id 12580640632 do not know what to do or say - managed to cut me off twice after trying to transfer me to a shipping-team

and now I am asked to prove what shipping costs us so they can decide if it is fair for us to charge £1 for 2 day shipping and £2 for next day shipping

It's been a long time since something Amazon has done had made my jaw drop, but this did it. Who the bleep do they think they are??????

That policy is obviously supposed to stop people setting low item prices that they make up for with preposterous shipping charges. It's not supposed to be there to let them micro manage seller's businesses.

This is such blatant price fixing once you combine it with the fair pricing policy.

Unlike yours our shipping price to the Buyer is: FREE

Template Name: DPD Automated

Regions: Automation Template

As it is Amazon's own Template for DPD shipping, how can that be incorrect?

Do they want us now to pay Buyers, as how can you be cheaper than free, when DPD Buy Shipping costs money anyway!

It's been a long time since something Amazon has done had made my jaw drop, but this did it. Who the bleep do they think they are??????

That policy is obviously supposed to stop people setting low item prices that they make up for with preposterous shipping charges. It's not supposed to be there to let them micro manage seller's businesses.

This is such blatant price fixing once you combine it with the fair pricing policy.
