MAIN IMAGE WITH MODEL (HAND)

Hello,

I sell hand chain bracelet, and I try to post the main photo with a hand focusing on the product and there are other sellers with the same type of photos.

However, I am getting warning that the main photo has to be with white background. I don't understand how the other sellers are allowed to post it, and I am not. Would you please help me with that?
