Urgent Request for Resolution on System Error Regarding Multiple Seller Accounts

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address the recent suspension of our seller account, which appears to be caused by a system error on your end. Your system has incorrectly flagged our account for having multiple seller accounts due to a conflict between the UK and Canada marketplaces.

To clarify once again, we have never opened or registered for a Canada marketplace account. This is a system glitch, and the Canada marketplace is being falsely recognized as a separate account. We only operate within the UK marketplace.

Additionally, you have referred to our own account, stating that we are "related to an account beginning with Thermilate Paint." I would like to confirm that this is indeed our own account, and this does not justify restricting the entire account. As you have admitted, it is owned by the same email address and primary account holder. It is simply another marketplace on our account, and restricting access due to this is not reasonable. This situation further emphasizes the system glitch that is currently causing these issues.

Your team has also advised that the Canada marketplace is unrelated to my account, and this is a system error. I kindly ask that you recheck your system and verify how that marketplace was associated with my account. The system should show that both the Canada and UK marketplaces are indeed under the same account, and I request immediate action to continue verification on my UK account.

Moreover, I have attempted to book verification times via the provided link multiple times without receiving any confirmation, and the time slots have already passed three times. This delay is significantly impacting our business operations.

Please escalate this issue as a priority. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to raise a formal complaint.

It's not really a system error as such, Amazon have been treating accounts in separate marketplaces as being "individual" for quite a while now.

It's generally the US account which causes the issue as a seller can register a global account when they only want a UK account and then the US account fails verification due to time / inaction.

You're certainly not alone with the video verification - Amazon seems to not attend quite often.
