KYC Account Verification - account verified but selling privileges ceased
I have had numerous requests from Amazon for me to verify the original business status and when it ceased trading. The original account was a limited company which then dissolved. I took over the account myself as a sole trader and then changed it into a different limited company. I provided the information to Amazon for the limited company and the accounts have been verified. I have since been asked to confirm the date the original company ceased trading. I have done that 3 times and now my account is suspended for not passing the KYC checks. I have raised a case for KYC team to contact me although I am not receiving anything and now my sales are suspended so this is affecting my business and bills being paid. I really need somebody at Amazon to reach out to me and explain what the problem is. The email from Amazon states they used a mix of artifical intelligence and human intervention to reach the decision in suspending the account. I have no idea how to resolve this?

Posting on here - simply a forum of other sellers, is not going to resolve your problem, unless there is another seller been through the same. You need to open a case with Seller Support (Help), quote the case ID, then tag in some forum mods who may then be able to look into it for you, and advise.
