Brand Invoice Getting Denied for Brand approval
Our invoice from the ACTUAL brand keeps getting denied. We keep requesting a manual review. Can we please get help with this from anyone at seller support.

Is it a real wholesale invoice where you had to provide your tax exempt number and business license, or was it from their public facing retail sales side?
Do you have an LOA from the brand saying that you are permitted to sell their products on Amazon?
If they are in Brand Registry you may need to be added to their list of approved sellers. Contact your sales rep at the brand and ask if they are using a 'whitelist' on Amazon and do not have you on it.

If you want to contact seller support create a case under "Help" in your seller central.

Thanks for reaching out. I have reviewed the document that you provided, which is a waybill, not an invoice, so it is not valid. The name on the document doesn't match your Amazon Seller account either, so it will not be accepted. If you are doing business under a different name on Amazon, you can provide a DBA letter and see if they will accept that. Once you have the correct documents, please apply again.
