We have noticed recently we have had a significant increase in returns from Fulfilled by Amazon Items.

The majority are apparently 'sellable' and returned to inventory. Nearly all of the 'reasons' are No reason given or unknown reason.

The question I have is that the vast majority (97% or more) are from just the one fulfilment centre - EDI4. It struck me as odd that of all the fulfilment centres in the UK the issues are all coming from the same one? Has anybody else had this or know why this might be?

Basically I'm wondering if this fulfilment centre had / has an issue - not getting things out quick enough so they arrive late or sending the wrong items etc?

A lot of my listings with a large amount of products has gone to "reserved" today.

On checking at "Get Help" I have the below message:

Status: Pending FC processing We’ve determined that 2930 unit(s) have been sidelined at the fulfilment centre. These units have been sidelined at the fulfilment centre for additional processing, such as verification of item dimensions and weight, pending investigations or FC transshipment. FC processing can take up to three days to complete.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I sell a certain brand and model of hard drive, customer has returned a different hard drive.

It's just come back to me from the fulfilment centre.

Is there anything i can do?
