Do you know how to get utility bill?
Hi, I do have a company registered in the UK and the company's address is based on the company's accountant's address ( private accountant). Therefore, I can't provide a utility bill with the same address and name I provided when I created my Amazon Seller account. What can I do now? How do I get approved and verified by Amazon?

@Seller_ifhk1LNAVptQy Normally they want utility bills for your legal representative or beneficial owners residential address.
However, they are also trying to prove that companies are established in the UK for UK VAT purposes.
If you simply have an accounts address that is forwarding on post - this is not likely to be enough to prove Establishment.
Have a read here as it sounds like what you are experiencing.

Hello @Seller_ifhk1LNAVptQy,
I'm Sarah from Amazon, here to assist you.
Thank you @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfhfor your valuable guidance.
From the post above, I understand that you have concerns related to "Verification Process", right?
If yes, you must have been requested to provide a business license if applicable/utility bill in order to proceed with account verification.
The document must contain the following information: your name and address, the service provider's name and additional information such as the date of issue and due date, service provider's address, service provider's logo, and usage details if applicable.
Your name and address must be visible and match the name and address that you entered in Seller Central.
Please let us know if you were able to submit them successfully.
Regards,
Sarah.
