UPS not collecting
Hi, I wanted to ask if anyone else is having issue with UPS. I have 67 boxes that are waiting to be collected over a week, I have been booking collections everyday and still UPS don't show up. They have called me a few times saying they do not have enough drivers but I need my stock to get into FC, can anyone help?. Thanks.

If they don't have enough drivers then there is nothing much you can do.
They are unlikely to take 67 parcels in one go when they are able to collect so it may take a while to clear your backlog of parcels.
Have you looked into whether you can drop directly off at a UPS depot to get the boxes into the system. If you don't have a van you can normally hire one for a day.

I too had the same issue. I was informed that in my postal area, UPS have assigned OSP's (outsourced drivers). I had 52 boxes. One driver arrived looking shocked and said he could only take 3 as his van was full, but promised to come back the next day with an empty van. He didn't! They apparently prioritise the shop drop off point collections first and by the time they're done, they little transit vans are full.
I've not seen anyone since! So I called UPS and after hours of going back n forth and countless emails etc, they as a favour, as a one off arranged a uniformed driver to come in a branded vehicle. However he'd forgotten the scanner! So my parcels went in unscanned!
I have another 29 boxes to send, but cannot waste or risk so much time with UPS again. So looking for alternative recommendations please.
