I have my business Click & drop account linked to my Amazon account. Until now I have been downloading orders into my RM account & dispatching from there. I put my sales on holiday until we finally had clarification on this latest VTR fiasco so currently have no outstanding orders. It seems that I now have to use Buy Shipping.

I seem to remember something about linking the accounts in a different way for Buy Shipping but maybe not.

I have tried Settings > Account Info > Shipping and Returns Information > Buy Delivery Preferences > Manage your carrier accounts > Europe > Link account.

But what I see is at the end of this post.

Do I have to make any changes to use click & Drop through Buy Shipping or can I just press the Buy Shipping button & go from there?

Also will I be charged by Royal Mail or Amazon?

If Royal Mail will the manifest be generated through my RM account or Amazon?

Can’t find any plain English explanation that actually works!

All Items are seller fulfilled, I’m not a Prime seller & have no RM collection, taking mail to local PO.

Any help would be appreciated.
