Change Delivery Method

My issue is that I set up my shipping plan delivery method as small parcel delivery but I need to change it to less than truckload as im shipping pallets.
I can’t seem to switch the selected option to less than truckload under the prepare shipment tab.

Anybody got any ideas? Does I need to create the shipping plan again?

If you are having a difficulty switching the delivery method, simply create a new shipping plan, just like you already mentioned or open a case with the Seller Support to see if there would be any way how to fix this.
