Our new account has been deactivated due to inactivity, but we had submitted the documents over half one months, there is no any response from the Amazon.The products have arrived in the warehouse, but we can't sell it. Who can help us to reactive the account soon ! It's very urgent !

What does it say under your → Account Health page? Are you seeing a banner that says the verification is still in process?
Are you sure you didn't receive any email a few days after you submitted to documents? Double-check your email and spam folder, and if you did receive an email, please post it.
