Quick question - screenshot passport
Hi sorry if it’s an obvious question but where Amazon say they need:
A copy of the photo and information page of a valid passport or residence permit, or a UK driving license.
We do not accept screenshots.
Does this mean no pictures of the passport with your phone?
Do you have to scan it?

No a screenshot is where you take take the image directly from your computer or mobile phone (e.g. print screen, Windows snipping tool etc). Some countries may have a residence permit or ID card app for their citizens.
Taking a clear photo of the passport should be fine.

Hi,
In the past we have taken a high resolution scan and then converted it into PDF format. Make sure the whole of the pages required are scanned. If the scan is not clear then it will be rejected.
