account deactivated under section 3 for multiple account violations
I had my account deactivated under section 3 for multiple account violations.
However, I do not and never had more than 1 Amazon seller account. The name on the account is my old seller name, which I updated over 2 years ago. Basically I added LTD to my original company name.
I've explained this to Amazon but keep receiving the same generic email, saying "We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time."
Can someone please help resolve this issue.

Your name (minus the ltd) is registered to Amazon US which is likely to be the linked account. Amazon treat different regions as different accounts.
have a look at the top of seller central and see if the US is there.

Amazon cases are often reviewed by Bots, had deactivation issue for over 2 months several appeal was rejected by seller support,not until my colleague referred DEEXTECHi on Instagram who reinstated my account within 3 working days.

Amazon support are not very helpful, I had same issue for months all appeal was rejected, luckily my husband recommended DEEXTECHi on Instagram who helped to reinstate my account.
