Bank account verification in progess
We have just went through the VAT establishment verification and have passed within a few days. However we now have to verify our bank account again. We have reinputted the same bank details, however the UK site has been sitting as 'verification in progress' for a while. The other sites, which use the exact same bank details, are all showing as verified.
We had received an email to say that our selling on Amazon payment account has been activated on the 16th and 15th. We have also got Amazon to ring a few times to try and figure out what is happening. Each time the case is marked as transferred or answered, however there is never any more information provided to us on what to do. If we could even get a more concrete answer than 'I will transfer this to the relevant team' would be fantastic, whether it is good news or bad news.

Thank you for your reply and for looking into this for me. I tried again last night to do a disbursement from our Amazon UK account and it has again failed. This is now the 4th time it has not sent. I have not been able to get any money now for over 2 weeks.
Hopefully you can sort this as it is really stressing me now.

sharing with you the communication I just received from the partner team: "the disbursement started processing only yesterday, it´s not completed yet. Please allow some more days to process"

Thank you again for replying to me so quickly.
Yesterday, the date for the next disbursement was showing as 04/05/2024 but today it says
Transfer of £*****.** scheduled to initiate on 10/06/2024*
I am really confused as we have daily disbursements so why is it saying 10/06/2024.
Every time I click Request Payment it changes the disbursement amount to zero, then about 30 minutes later it shows up again in Total Balance.
I will give it 48 hours as we really need our disbursement asap.
Once again thank you for all your help and let's hope the disbursement payment is sorted in a day or two

Hi Sarah,
I have attached three screenshots, one showing no disbursements and this includes the one I tried 2 days ago, another showing that our UK bank account in verified in all countries except the UK and the other asking us to complete bank verification even though the other screenshot shows us verified.
Really confused with what is going on and really need your help to get this resolved now.

Just to give you an update, as of today our Amazon UK account is now showing as bank account Verified. Still no disbursement and am scared to click Request Payment in case it resets the disbursement date to another 2 weeks time. Will give it a little longer.

I reached out again to the partner team and this is the communication I received: "Seller was not receiving funds due to an unverified bank account. I checked in Seller Central, and it appears the seller has verified the bank account in the meantime. The seller has Disbursement on Demand available meaning they can request/initiate a disbursement up to once a day and granted there are funds available for disbursement. Kindly inform the seller accordingly. Let me know in case of any additional issues."
Can you try to Request Payments again and see if it works?

The disbursement requested on 03/06/24 seems to have been successful and is due to arrive in our bank account tomorrow 06/06/24 according to our bank. We have Disbursement on Demand on our Amazon account but we have not been able for the past two days to do any more disbursements and not too sure what has happened. We were able before all this hassle to be able to do daily disbursements. Please could you reach out again to the team to see why this is not working.
