Contacted 2 months later saying they never received the package
I just had a customer message me saying that the item never arrived and its been over 60 days (Nov 4th dispatch)
What should i do ? there is no tracking.

Guessing the actual sale was on the 3rd November, and you have had this message on the 3rd January ?
Hate to say it, but I have noticed a pattern with INRs coming in - exactly - 1 or 2 calendar months later.
Sale ( not despatch ) January 15th, then an INR on either February 15th or March 15th.
And so on.
When I get one of those, the exact date the next month / next second month I’m afraid it sets my spider senses tingling and with a basic check I have often found they were sent Signed For or 24/48 and I have delivery confirmation
If I was a cynic, which I am, I think there could be some folk who just have serious problems with their items going missing, and so to keep track of which items they have asked about, do so by making their claim on the exact date the following month, or two months
I’ve noticed it too many times, given there are 29 other days in a month, just seems an unforunate co-incidence …

it’s because amazon regularly sends out emails to customers with 2d barcoded items to ‘request a refund’ because amazon somehow knows their item ‘didn’t arrive’. Amazon doesn’t recognize 2D, so anything ‘untrackable’ will be followed up with a refund offer for the customer.
