Enhanced Brand Tools Access - Brand Analytics

Hi Guys
Hope all is well and safe.

We are a registered brand with the trademark in the UK. Our brand registered with Amazon months ago and we have access to A+ Content and can create store as well. However, we do not have access to Brand Analytics. When we open case with Brand Registry we keep getting below answer and no explanation. My other seller friends who has trademark in the UK and registered their brand with Amazon have access to Brand Analytics. What we are missing? I am the rights owner and admin at Brand Registry page. Can anyone advice? TIA

The tool is only available to sellers who own a brand. This user must be internal to the brand and must be responsible for selling the brand’s products on Amazon. We were not able to verify that you meet these requirements.
