Amazon PPC Campaign - No sales
Hi all,
It is 13 days since my PPC campaign have made no sales. Now this sounds strange to me, because the organic sales have increased a lot and also my product ranking has climbed. Before nearly 50% of my sales were coming through Amazon ads, however, now there is no conversion at all. Do you think I should stop advertising my product and rely on organic sales only?
Thanks in advance.

So you’re getting clicks but no conversion? Check where your sponsored ads are being placed, ideally they should be on the top of the first page, you can see the breakdown in Campaign Manager under “Placements”.
If you’re getting enough organic sales then you can turn off ads for 2 weeks and see if the trend in sales continues. Ideally you want to be making good sales without any ads.

- Are you seeing this across all your different PPC campaigns, or a specific type of campaign? Also, what phase of running PPC you are in is an important factor. are you getting enough impressions?
is the keyword that relevant?
are you running defense Product targeting ads on your own listing?
there could be any factors causing this problem find the root cause.
Low Sales or Low clicks, or Low Unit session percentage - Is most likely due to either:
-Price
-Listing quality
-Photos
-Lack of Reviews. or negative feedback
2. also in most cases you should never turn off the ads ever change the strategy but don’t turn them off. they have a direct key effect on your organic ranking, indexing, and sales
