Ways to improve account health
Is there any ways to improve account health other than abiding by the policy’s. I use FBA would it be worthwhile to change some listings to FBM to increase my account health obviously ensuring on time tracked etc?
Also has anyone got any tips to avoid getting intellectual complaints? Are there any brands to avoid etc?

In terms of ODR these are measured seperately for FBM and FBA orders. Indeed if you have very few FBM orders because you send mostly FBA then one or two problems can cause your ODR to go high which may cause you account issues.
Your metrics are better protected with FBA as you can't get A-Z's and most negative feedback is removed. So there is not really any benefit in transferring some listings to FBM it will not protect your account health in any way.
To avoid intellectual complaints make sure you have permissions to list the brand on Amazon. Make sure that you always list against the correct EAN/Barcode and make sure the brand on the listing matches the brand on the item. Make sure you buy from a wholesale source and not a retail source.
At some point you may get an unfair intellectual complaint but if you follow the rules above then you should be able to fight those with invoices from your supplier.

Hello @Seller_0oXXxZMOyL36W,
You may have already been aware of this, however Account Health Rating: Frequently Asked Questions , has some information that may be handy, like this part,
How do I improve my AHR?
Your AHR will increase as you successfully fulfil orders.
You can also improve your AHR by addressing outstanding policy violations via the Account Health page in Seller Central, either by appealing them or disputing them if you think we made an error. In the case of a successful appeal or dispute, we will reverse the policy violation and its corresponding impact on your account health.
Note that we take errors in our processes seriously and will not only quickly remedy the issue, but also use your feedback to continuously improve our processes.
I hope this helps!
