Multi-Channel-Fulfilment (MCF) Orders

Hi everyone,

Can I see a history of the MCF orders I’ve placed? For example, where do I go to in order to find the tracking number?

If you filter on SI UK Prod Marketplace you see MCF orders (as well as disposal/removal orders)

You can search for the order number you used as well in the search facility on the order page. Search by Order Id

Once you have found your MCF order you go to the shipments tab and should see the tracking number on there.
