Multiple Account Violation

Hello, i have received a multiple account violation. my USA account is deactivated because of Saudi Arabia account. Saudi Arabia is asking for utility bill but not accepting it even though my information is matching exactly to the bill to the tee. i have tried submitting mobile phone, electric, and internet bill statement which they said would be acceptable but are telling me they cannot confirm the information on there. the information from when the account was created until now has changed as i have moved states since it was created. anyone know how i can get this resolved or know any tips to guide me in this situation. could it possibly because i have a debit card on file or does it need to be a credit card because i dont have one.

It's possible because while Amazon SAYS they accept Debit Cards there are known problems with them. When they do work it can take WEEKS or longer for things to link up.

One of the MODS mentioned that they were aware of the issue but I saw the post while I was out on vacation and couldn't save it on my phone! Hopefully one will pop back in to confirm where that was mentioned!

I have read so many of these posts and we decided not to apply for any international Amazon accounts. Any issues getting those activated, which there will be, will result in US account getting deactivated. Amazon is run by a bunch of bots, literally.

I have attached an addition utility bill in my father in laws name for the address where I operate. I have also attached the lease agreement between him and I as well as the marriage certificate LOL. I just don’t get why they won’t accept anything I send
