SCAMMERS! Re-opened my account and charging me without my consent
I am sick of reporting this issue. This needs to be amended immediately.
I only used this service in March. My balance became -£30 on 11th March, which was paid the same day, and I closed the account later that week. As I have been reporting for MONTHS now, I closed my account in March. I went through the procedure to close my account, it logged me out and when I tried to log back in it could not find an account and redirected me to registering a new account. Every time I show that my balance was 0 when I closed the account you close my tickets with no help!
You are fraudulently claiming that I owe a balance of £60 for a service that on my end was cancelled and closed down. I went through all the correct procedures, and I have said multiple times over the past few tickets I have submitted - I will NOT be paying you a penny of this £60. I am a disabled young mother and I refuse to be taken advantage of for an error on YOUR side. I would rather stop using the linked bank account entirely than give in to this scam.
This fraudulent activity has already been reported to my bank and they are doing their best to stop your payments from going out. Please make sure this issue is dealt with immediately.

Firstly, this is NOT Amazon you are addressing, but just a forum for other sellers, so none of us can actually do anything.
If they are deducting £30 a month then you must have signed up for the professional selling plan.
You need to downgrade the plan.
Go to Settings (cog wheel top right) - Account Info - Your Services - Manage, and downgrade to individual plan.
Is your account fully verified and activated ? - if not then you cannot close a deactivated account, and as far as I know only Amazon can permanently close an account.
