Abusing 1-star review with no text/video comment
Where can we file an abuse complaint for people anonymously putting 1 star review without a video/text review on newly posted products to sabotage the sales?

There is only 1 review and that is a 1 star review and no text associated with it so we can't report it as abuse on the product listing page.

It is important to note that buyers are not required to provide a comment along with a star rating. However, if you feel the review is abusive you can report it by clicking Show Review Details on the Customer Reviews page. This takes you to the review on the customer facing detail page, click the Report abuse button which will pop-up a confirmation box where you have to click Submit. You can learn more about that here.
Additionally, you can always report suspicious behavior on the platform through the Report Abuse button found on your Account Health page in Seller Central.
