I Dont have Access to My Account
I have lost access to my Amazon seller Account, I have password but i dont have Mobile number and Email address which is associated with Account because my previous worker who run the account is not in UAE and he uses his own Mobile number and Email for 2 step verification. I dont have any contact with him,
I submit all document many times but i did not get an response from Amazon.
can someone help.?

Instead of receiving a code on your phone via text or voice call each time you sign in to your seller account, you can use an authenticator app to generate your authentication code.
Authenticator apps do not require phone service or an Internet connection to work, but must be downloaded to whatever device or PC you choose.
