Fake main images – policy doesn’t work the same for everyone? Why?
Hi,
As we all know Amazon has strict rules for main images - appropriate dimensions, product shot, white background, etc. How on earth do some people not follow these rules for months or years and on top of that they even have "Amazon Choice" mark? Why doesn't Amazon do anything about it and only allows just some big brands to do that? I contacted seller support to ask what needs to be done to obtain such permission but they replied that in general it is not possible and system verifies such things, not people and they will do nothing about it. Does anyone else have such a situation in their category? Perhaps more people can report it? Of course these listing are standing out and eye catching so customers pick them more likely. It is simply unfair and frustrating.

Perhaps you could order them all individually, then complain not as described as you didn't get some fruit, a ribbon and a waterfall of juice with it.
You were fully expecting to get what was advertised in the main picture, so it's very misleading.
Then the seller can cough up for all your returns.
Just a thought?

can an Amazon rep actually answer this?
We see it all the time in so many different product categories. We try to copy but the AI system flags the main image immediately and it cannot be published. Why a different rule for some?
