Duplicate Listing - Which one will be removed?

Duplicate Listing - Which one will be removed?

Hello Peeps,

As a seller of a product, I have noticed that a duplicate / Identical listing of the exact same product has appeared.
I would like to request that Amazon remove one of them but I was looking for a bit of advice regarding the following:

  1. What is the procedure of requesting a duplicate is removed?
  2. As a seller of the product, Do I have any say as to which one is removed or is that for Amazon to decide?
  3. Is there a set criteria that Amazon may use to decide which one of the identical listings to remove?

Any advice is much appreciated

Amazon will not just remove a product page,you need to ask for a merge.
CS>selling on amazon>product page problem>merge duplicate

In the top box enter Asin you want to keep
In lower box enter Asin you want merging

In text box say asin XXX2 is an identical product to XXX1 so you want it merging into XXX1

Note,any sellers on XXX2 will appear on XXX1 & you may need proof of correct EAN if they are different.
