It has been more than 2 months and a half (70 Days +) that my funds have been held with no response or explanation after doing a verification meeting that went smoothly where I submitted all the requested documents. AMAZON policy states that after verification meeting it takes up to maximum 5 days to get a response for funds to be disbursed. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 2 months AND AMAZON account health says we are leaving a note and the disbursement team is not responding to no one. I SEND 10s of emails and opened multiple cases and they say we transferred to disbursement team and still up to today MY FUNDS have been held. THIS is a violation of amazon owns policy where it exceeded the time period they stated(5 days maximum ) by more than 60 days. I WANT MY DISUBRSEMENTS IMMEDIATELY I AM Suffering financial losses because of all this time that is getting wasted, I have no pending claims or anything all orders for customers were sent and all remaining is my funds that the disbursement team is not releasing and not even responding even after submitting invoices and documents that prove that I purchased these products and BY LAW I should retrieve this money after conducting this verification meeting and sending requested Documents. I WANT THIS ISSUE RESOLVED I WILL NOT WAIT ANYMORE THIS IS BEYOND being unprofessional ignoring your seller emails and making him wait for months with no explanation to release his funds. This must be escalated to Amazon Corporate THIS ISSUE MUST BE RESOLVED I HAVE SUFFERED ENOUGH FINANCIAL LOSSES, hearing I am sorry for this experience by amazon account health specialist and we can not have direct contact with amazon disbursement team is unacceptable, There are supervisors and there is a whole management team and departments from amazon that can help resolve my issue, I NEED A RESOLUTION NOW.
