AtoZ because I hadn't refunded a return item within 28 minutes !

I kid you not, item delivered at 11:32 this morning, buyer filed an AtoZ claim at 12:01, I refunded seconds later, AtoZ granted against me?!

Amazon = incompetence personified.

Once you get an A-Z, a refund doesn't do anything but admit guilt, even if there is no guilt to admit.

All you can try to do is appeal the ODR impact on the grounds you should have two working days to approve and refund any returned goods.

But in future, once you get an A-Z, don't refund, you just need to fight the A-Z.

Is ridiculous, all seen to often on amazon. Once one is opened dont refund, appeal it and ask amazon to refund but ask for the odr rate to be removed and explain the situation. If this doesn't work keep appealing the odr rate via seller central.

We had a reported INR from a customer, I provided evidence of the delivery GPS but said that in this instance I had processed a full refund.

I had processed a full refund but the customer contacted customer support and we received an A-Z on the VAT - £1.69 (as the rest was already in the refund process) and a mark against our account.

I appealed asking how can an A-Z be granted when there was a full pending refund lodged with Amazon and it got denied.

Sometimes you have to laugh....

Sorry but this is where you went wrong. As soon as you refunded you accepted the A-Z it's a done deal and no going back.

If you had proven delivery at this point, you would have had a fighting chance against it becsuse once the system sees a confirmed delivery it will dispute it for you.

The only way to avoid an A-Z for non delivery is to refund within 48 hours of them querying the receipt or proving delivery.

Once an A-Z is made, you can only allow it to run its course and you are better to fight it than accept it.

You van't appeal it as by refunding it was you that made the decision on the A_Z claim and agreed with the customer. No brownie points from Amazon if you want to be proactive and over compesate afterwards.
