Suddenly Lost Featured Offers On All Key Listings?! HELP NEEDED ASAP :(
As of this morning, I've checked our listings and we've lost the featured offer on all our major listings, resulting in barely any sales today.
I'm the brand owner of the listings, I own the listings, they're fulfilled via FBA and our account is 100% healthy.
I'm so confused why this has happened and I need it resolving ASAP.

I'd guess it's down to voice of the customer. It seems you've had a lot of complaints on your own goods.

Hiya, experiencing the exact same issue too - account health is great etc. Majority of my ASINS are affected (apart from a few) - but I can't seem to find any logistical connection to them as to why they've lost the buy box.
Thought id reply on hear for some peace of mind that other sellers are going through the same thing. Perhaps a little bit of time and patience and it's just an error to be fixed? Fingers crossed for us all!

This happened to me recently. If you go to Help/Chat you can find out the reason. In my case, I had to reduce my price. I don't know why, but that's robots for you. Once I reduced the price they were immediately available again.

Same here, i opened a case and they agreed it was a error and removed all the competitive price errors.
Sometimes Amazon likes to self harm by putting crazy competitive prices. Appeal it and if there valid i.e cheaper than the product it self they will remove it.

i am asked to restock and then when i do, they are INVISIBLE!
might as well ignore the restock alerts what a waste of time and money

Ditto here since Monday 15th of April. Made no changes, received no negative defects/feedback and lost eligibility for the Featured Offer across every single listing overnight. There are no other competitors on most of our listings and they are products we have been selling quite happily to customers for multiple years.
Naively assumed that time would fix the issue - unfortunately not. I reached out to Amazon Seller Support and as usual they are useless and cannot help.
The system is flawed. We each pay to be a part of this marketplace and have our products shown to customers, instead we are buried.
Our only resolve is to wait until the Competition & Markets Authority advised changes kick in next month and hope that things are better. Unless anyone else can advise?

Another person here with the same issue. Seller support have not helped at all and keep sending the same scripts so I have asked them to forward my case to the AMAZON LEADERSHIP TEAM.
It's being looked at now (no response for the last couple of days) but my hope is if we all send our issue to the Leadership team, they will begin to see there is a massive problem here!
