Field to enter search terms is GONE - What is going on?

In the pet_food category, we no longer have the option to see or edit/add search terms in the back end of our listings.The field for performing flat file uploads is greyed out and unavailable, so we cannot add them that way either.Support simply confirms that they are gone but offer not reason or alternative.Obviously, search terms/keywords are of utmost importance.Can the mods weigh in here please?
